The East Penn Section of ASHE is pleased to announce the Robert L. Brown and Robert L. Donovan Memorial Scholarship Program. This program will award a minimum of three (3) scholarships of $5,000 each to high school seniors who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a program leading to a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil and Construction Engineering Technology.
