Scholarships
The East Penn Section of ASHE is pleased to announce the Robert L. Brown and Robert L. Donovan Memorial Scholarship Program.
This year (2025), the program will award four (4) scholarships of $2,500 each to high school seniors who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a program leading to a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil and Construction Engineering Technology.
Applications are due no later than April 4, 2025 and should be submitted via email to Dave Rostron:
